Aichi（愛知）
Located between the Tokyo metropolitan area and the Kansai region. It is the most industrial prefecture in Japan, and manufacturing is thriving. It is home to the headquarters of the world-famous Toyota Motor Corporation. Nagoya is the second largest city after Tokyo, Yokohama, and Osaka, and is a castle town that has developed around Nagoya Castle. Inuyama City, located to the north of Nagoya, is home to Inuyama Castle, a national treasure, and Meiji-mura, a theme park featuring architecture mainly from the Meiji period. 首都圏と関西の中間に位置する。日本一の工業県でものづくりが盛ん。世界のトヨタ自動車の本社もある。名古屋市は、東京、横浜、大阪に次ぐ大都市で名古屋城を中心に発展してきた城下町である。名古屋市の北に位置する犬山市には国宝犬山城がそびえていて、市内には明治時代を中心とした建築物を集めたテーマパーク明治村がある。
