Ishikawa（石川）
Kanazawa, once the castle town of the Kaga Hyakumangoku clan, is full of attractions. Sightseeing spots include Kenrokuen Garden, one of the three most famous gardens in Japan; Higashi Chaya-gai and Shukei Chaya-gai, lined with Japanese-style cafes; Naga-machi Buke Yashiki district, lined with samurai residences; and Noto, with its original Japanese landscape. Wajima-nuri, a traditional craft, is highly regarded as a work of art. Kanazawa is blessed with an abundance of seafood, and Kanazawa cuisine, with its fresh seafood dishes, is superb. The Kanazawa Hyakumangoku Festival is one of the most popular events in Kanazawa. かつて加賀百万石の城下町であった金沢は見どころが満載である。日本3名園のひとつである兼六園、和風のカフェが並ぶ ひがし茶屋街・主計茶屋街、武家屋敷が並ぶ長町武家屋敷界隈、日本の原風景が広がる能登が観光スポット。伝統工芸品の輪島塗は、美術品としても高い評価を得ている。海の幸に恵まれ、新鮮な海鮮料理が楽しめる金沢料理は絶品である。イベントとしては、金沢百万石まつりがある。
